As we have to travel
between properties we found that our solution was

Thanks Barb for the amazing job on selling my acreage, "Springfield" for me.. If you are considering Barb as your agent let me assure you are making a very wise decision, a decision that will save you time and allot of money.
I had my property listed with Barb and also one of Tamworth's leading Stock and Station Agents, Barb out sold them, out serviced them and ended up with the sale. We had a few viewings prior to the property officially going on the market by the other agent and one viewing with Barb.
She and I worked out a advertising campaign, that wasn't necessary, because the property went into the Tamworth Property Guide on Saturday and the property was SOLD on the Sunday. A Qualified buyer, as apposed to the dreamers the other agent bought out. One of there qualified buyers could only manage an offer $100,000 below the listing price the next best was $50,000 below asking price. All that after trying to push me into an Auction.. I also was expected to pay for ALL the advertising..
Barb got me $4000 below my asking price and get this, I kept my round yard which I promptly sold for $2800.. I was ecstatic. She was a dynamo, with a great no BS style and that's what sells property I believe. An astute buyer can smell the retric a mile off. Over the years I have sold a number of properties, non of which were as painless as this sale. A real pleasure to deal with and she followed the sale all the way through till I got my money, not just up until the exchange of contracts.
